Hi and welcome to HCM
You seem to be affected by urticaria probably due to an allergic reaction. You havent mentioned the duration of your symptoms.
The red spots maybe allergic rashes and the larger ones appear whitish due to swelling like in hives. The more you scratch the more you will feel itchy and start to bruise.
You need to narrow down the cause of the itching. Do you recall when it started. Was it a reaction to any particular food, seafood, outdoor activity, dust, new medication, footwear, etc? Any prior history of allergies?
You also need to check for insect bites. Certain mite infestations can cause multiple itchy bumps all over.look for bites in genitals, skin folds, between fingers, toes etc. Any one else in contact with the same symptoms?
Do you have any other illnesses like diabetes, thyroid disorders, liver conditions as these can cause severe itching.
I would advise you to apply a soothing calamine/menthol based lotion and take a course of antihistamine daily for 7-10 days.
if you get rashes even on treatment or any new kind of lesions, consult a dermatologist and consider checking your blood levels as advised to rule out these other causes. Also avoid any potential things you may have allergies to.
If any other family members/contacts experience the same, get treated simultaneously.
Hope this helps you.
