Hi
Welcome to the healthcaremagic
Your son is suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection. All symptoms are due to it.Cold hands are because of fever. There is selective redistribution of blood during fever spike resulting in cold hands. If you take oral temperature that time then it will show in thermometer. You can give her antipyretic like paracetamol at that time. She should be OK in a couple of days.Give her lots of fluids
Happy to help you
Best regards
