What Causes Chronic Low Temperature Fever?

hello doctor, i m prashant from mumbai, age 28, In 2006 january, i was having high fever. so i consulted doctor. in blood test cbc & esr & chest xray it was found that i was suffering from tb. in feb first week i started treatment. at that time weight was 45 kg. i took 9 months treatment and completely recovered and my weight was 52 kg in october 2006. next to my doctors cabin was a nutritionist. on my doctor s recommendation i went to nutritionist and got myself a diet plan to gain weight. 4-5 months every thing was going well. i was feeling healthy strong. pulse rate 72. weight 59 kg. temp. normal. but in april 2007 i was having fever again but this time it was just 1 degress celcius. i consulted same doctor but he told it was not fever since it was below red line on thermometer. so i believed my doctor and went home. because of lack of knowledge and information i left it as it is and not treated hoping that it becomes normal after some time. but i was wrong. even after 2-3 years i was suffering from this low temperature fever. before april 2007, temp 36 degree c, pulse rate was 72. after april 2007, temp 37 degree c, pulse rate is 85. please guide me how do i treat this low 1 degree fever which is present for past 4 years now. what is it called. which doctor or hospital should i consult. should i go for ayurvedic. please help. let me mention there is no sign of TB after october 2006. i also get high temperature fever once in a year.

you should go for
1. FBC, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), U&Es, C-reactive protein (CRP), LFTs, antinuclear antibody (ANA), Rh factor and TFTs.
2.Culture urine, sputum, stool, CSF and morning gastric aspirates (if tuberculosis is suspected).
