I also have Castlemans Disease which has caused a whole host of problems..kidney failure, svt, afib, diabetes. I now seem to have this full bloated feeling even if i dont eat and this sounds crazy but i get a choking sensation when i sneeze now..it seems to last a minute or so. should i contact my dr.
