What Causes Chills During Treatment For Colon Cancer?

My dad had colon cancer several years ago and it has matasazied to the liver. talking Erbutix now for a little over a year and has been doing well, cat scans good...but today as he was having his treatment he started having chills...this has never happened....just wondering what this could be, and why, etc?

Chills are caused by the medicine erbitux.

I would advise tablet avil 25 mg once daily for 3 days.
