What Causes Chilling And Body Pains After A Sudden Carb Intake?

Hello, I've been on a no carb diet for the past 6 days, and today I had half a large pizza, cinnamon bread sticks, cheese bread sticks, huge mocha iced drinks in past 3 hrs. Now I'm having chills and body aches. Is this some form of insulin shock? If not, what am I experiencing?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Your body would have adjusted to the reduction in carbohydrate intake as you try to lose weight.

The use of such a high amount of carbohydrates within such a short space of time would have caused the symptoms that you are experiencing.
Some persons may find it difficult to stick to a no carb diet because they develop cravings.

You may want to consider either using a reduced carb diet(instead of no carb) or consulting a weight loss specialist to help you.

I hope this helps
