Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM
yes, anxiety related disorder have similar symptom profile.
However, an associated co morbid conditions needs to be taken care of.
There could be associated sleep, mood disturbances, interpersonal relationship problems, life issues related stresses, etc which needs to be dealt with to achieve complete remission.
Presence of no apparent cause is not uncommon.
A course of few anxiolytics medications can help to reduce the problem, but only on psychiatric advice.
As anxiety problem appears very likely, I would advise you to consult a local psychiatrist and discuss your issues and doubts.

Welcome for further suggestions.
Regards,
Dr Pankaj Borade
