What Causes Chest Pain, Cold, Sweating, Nausea And Shortness Of Breath?

hi once every year or so i have this thing when i have chest pain heavy cold sweating nausea wellness to go extrication and short breath sometimes it happens when i a sick or taking medication or i am tired or afraid of something my ECG and blood pressure are ok and i am not diabetic

Hello and welcome to HCM,

Chest pain, cold sweating, shortness of breath suggest a cardiovascular disease.
Although ECG is normal, I would suggest you to consult a cardiologist and get an echocardiography and TMT (treadmill test).

On the other hand your symptoms are somewhat periodic. ( as you have mentioned one a year or when you are sick or on medication).
Similar symptoms are also seen in anxiety and during panic attacks.

I would suggest you to consult your primary health provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
