What Causes Campylobacter In Stool Of A Baby?

My four month old son reports came out and he had Growth of Campylobacter in his stool.The Doctor had given him Norfloxacin Suspension for 5 days as he is sensitive to it. Apart from that what should i give my son also what is the main cause of Campylobacter?please help.

Though which campylobactor is culprit is not clear but azithromycin is better choice. Norfloxacin can be effective if no resistance. But this class to be avoided in kids if other options are available.
