What Causes Burning Sensation At Incision Site After Hysterectomy?

I had a TAH 6 weeks ago and am having burning sensation above and below the incision. It hurts to even have anything even touching that area. Also get Sharp pains occasionally on both the left and right side of my hips. Is this a part of the healing process?
