What Causes Burning Sensation Above The Upper Lip?
Hi doctor, I have this burning sensation above my upper lips between my nostrils. I feel like I touched my nose with cayan pepper and it s been going on for months. No redness, no swelling but it constantly burning. I know it s strange but do you know why ?? Thanks so much Nelda

According to your complaints it seems to an eczematous reaction. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetirizine once daily for 10 days. This should help in resolving your problem.
