I had a complete abdominal hysterectomy 5 months ago, I know that I over did it while recovering. I started doing all my housework, laundry, and yard work just two weeks after surgery, and returned to my office job 7 days after suregery with complications from a pulminary embolisn I received two days after surgery. There were a few times I would get a burning pain like somrthing was tearing. Now I can feel a small bulge on the lower left side of my belly button, Could I have a hernia and if so should I see my doctor? i also had my 20 pond dog jum unto the middle of my stomach (twice) the day I got home from the hospital.
