Hello,

Postmenopausal bleeding and concerning ultrasound findings warrants the need for further histopathological evaluation of endometrial tissue via an endometrial biopsy. It is important to rule out any neoplastic changes in the tissue.

Please be advised to follow up with your ObGyn and get in touch with your insurance company for necessary evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
