General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Ovarian cysts with size smaller than 10mm and CA-125 normal can resolve on its own. Please wait patiently with healthy lifestyle, (healthy eating, regular exercises for 45 minutes, sound sleep) go for monthly USG scan to review of the cyst. Mostly it would resolve in few months. In case you find it increasing in size, consult your gynecologist for suitable hormonal treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
