What Causes Brown Spots After Urination In Patients With Post Hysterectomy?
I am a 62-year-old female. Complete hysterectomy. Finding brown spots (like old blood) on toilet paper after urinating. No pain anywhere, no fever. Unpleasant odor in vaginal area. Have appointment with doctor in morning. Could this be bladder or kidney cancer?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if this is a first time you have noticed such spotting then no need to worry about this and in my opinion watch for the next time if you find the same kind of spotting then this need to be investigated and clinical examination is must, take care and have a nice day.
