Hi,

Concor is a beta blocker and safe to use in patients with renal problems, so discuss with your doctor to continue it or use combined Alpha+beta blocker like Labetalol.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Wajahat Baig, Internal Medicine Specialist
