What Causes Brown Discharge From Vagina During Pregnancy?

I have placenta previa and I m 17 weeks pregnant. I have brown blood coming out of my vagina very lightly but I ve noticed a yellow sesame seed type of thing come out at least twice. It is very small but very hard and it s just weird. Should I be concerned, is this normal?

Dear madam ,I understand your concern.placenta in placenta praevia in 90% of cases will mobilize to upper segment by term but you need to be careful by that time.so you have to take rest no physical strain,no intercourse and ultrasound at required intervals to know the placental position..but coming to brownish discharge its not good.my aim is not to make you tense but consult gynae and get an ultrasound done to know if everything is ok and dont worry with apt treatment discharge stops and pregnancy will continue normally till term.all the best.
