What Causes Breathing Difficulty With Chest Pain?

I have had constricted breathing for about 2 1/2 months (almost like a lost breathing pattern)... and sometimes it causes a pain in my chest (over my heart) and Im no under any stress... a nurse told me that her daughter had the same symptoms and they found a mass in her chest... drs think its stress... but Im really not stressed... at all!

Dear sometimes you may not feel your under stress even though your under stress. few people may have trigger episodes but few people won't need to trigger it. panic episode may come randomly. people with hyperthyroidism and pheochromocytoma may present like this. please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
