What Causes Boils, shivering And Muscle Aches?

My 11 year old daughter has had 12 boils in the past 14 months. In the past 6 weeks she has been feeling really cold and shivering, wearing a thick winter coat, when the rest of the family has been sweating. She does not have a fever. She feels dizzy alot. She feels weak and cannot stand up for more than a few Minutes. She has muscle aches. She gets constipation then diarrhea. She gets short of breath often.
