What Causes Blurred Eyes, Tingling In Feet And Exhaustion?

I have symptoms of eye blurieness and tingling feet, exaustion, & low energy. People have told me I have diabeties. I have no insurance or money for a doctor. So concerned I got a blood sugar tester and tested at 420. Iwas told to stop pop, fried foods, and lower my sugar intake and carbs. So for a week now I have dieted, lost 7 lbs, and although fluxuating levels, My level tonight was 241. Am I doing right? Also, someone gave me some (Metformin) to lower levels. Is that ok to take?

dibetis is confirmed and symptoms are related to it. now you have to change your life style have to do 5km morning walk. take advise for diabetic diet and can starting metformin 500mg and neuro bion forte tablet daily Have a reveiw after one month.
