ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , As per your clinical history it appears as you are having Deviated nasal septum with turbinate hypertrophy.
By doing CT scan PNS , you can know reason of nose blockage.
If DNS & turbinate hypertrophy confirm on Ct scan , you will need Septoplasty with turbinate reduction.
Hope this information helpful to you, take care and have a nice day.
Regards - Dr KK ( Karade )
