What Causes Bleeding After Passing Stool?

Hi. I have had bleeding (dark) from my back passage after passing a stool. When stool is passed I have discumfort and soreness on my left and right side from my ribs down and a pain as though my stomach is going to fall out. I have been to the hospital and had a camera in the lower end upto my colon but they found nothing. Bleeding is still happening 6 months after exploritory surgery.
