What Causes Back Pain During Pregnancy?

I have 8weeks of pregnancy. I had a event yesterday in my house and I rode motorbike to get something from market. After that I am feeling backache and restless. Is it sigh of miscarriage though there is no bleeding or any other problem then backache . I am really worried.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the symptoms of miscarriage can be spotting or bleeding with or without pain abdomen or backache.So as there is just backache mostly it might be a muscle strain.Take good rest and hot fomentation.Avoid physical strain and intercourse.If severe take paradox for pain.But it is always better to get an ultrasound done to know the pregnancy status.
