Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical judgement in the case, this is due to urinary tract infection following contamination via swimming pool water.
* My recommendations at present for better recovery

- drink plenty of liquids.
- cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water.
- get a urine culture report done with your family doctor and start antibiotics in accordance to that.
- addition of urinary alkaliser and organic citrus fruits will help faster recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
