Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Anxiousness and associated chest pain raises possibility of cardiac or heart disorder.
It is important to consult a cardiologist for complete cardiac check up and investigations to rule out cardiovascular diseases.
Ischemic heart disease causes chest pain which is associated with anxiousness, sweating and breathlessness.
If no cardiac disease is detected, further investigations are needed to look for the cause of these symptoms.

Thanks and take care
