What Causes Acid Reflux With Severe Back Pain?

I GET VERY RESTLESS WHERE I CAN NOT FUNCTION. MY APRN SAYS NOTHING CAN BE DONE. YET I HAVE READ THERE ARE MEDICINES TO HELP WHY DOES IIIIIIITHIS HAPPEN AND IS THERE MEDICATION FOR ITI AM60 YRS OLD,120LBS,5FT.3INS.. I HAD PART OF MY KIDNEY REMOVED 1 YR AGO TODAY DUE TO CANCER. I HAVE HAD MUCH ACID REFEX AND LOST MY MOTHER THIS PAST JAN. I TAKE CLOZAPAM 3 TIMES DAILY,BUT DOESN"T HEKP. TAKE 2,000 MG OF VIT.D AND IRON. TOOK TRAMODOL FOR 10 MONS. FOR BACK PAIN. IS THERE ANYTHING TO HELP. I CAN"T SIT STILL FROM 2PM TILL AROUND 7PM..

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Restlessness can most probably be due to psychological factors unless proved otherwise by clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations. Other causes can be related to some diseases and disorders as follows.
Hyperthyroidism.
Respiratory system problems where there is less oxygenation.
Cardiac problems related to heart rate and so on.
General asthenia.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a clinical evaluation by your Doctor so that relevant investigations can be done to see for the cause.
If all the relevant investigations turn out to be negative then this may basically be related to psychological factors, stress, anxiety or so which can be treated preferably under the guidance of a Psychiatrist.
Continue rest of the treatment as already been given by your Doctor.
