What Causes Ache And Swelling In Neck While Having Ankylosing Spondylitis?

I have been having a dull ache to the lower front right of neck with some swelling. It seems worse in morning. The skin below my eyebrows are puffy too. I'm feeling very low and tired. I have been to my doctor today, she seemed dismissive. I had bloods taken and CRP and ESR are elevated and platelets are too . Thyroid normal. There is also tenderness under my right arm and at some points in my chest area. The pain in neck is exaggerated if I press on certain parts but not by movement there doesn't seem to be any lumps.I was Diagnoses with Ankylosing spondylitis (sp?) when I was 30 I am now 40. Could this be the cause of my symptoms results?

thank you for the question.this could be non specific muscular pain probably not directly related with ankylosing spondylitis.ankylosing is a part of auto-immune problem and multiple sore muscular areas may have something to do with autoimmune phenomena.treatment remains symtomatic pain relievers and steroids.take neurobion forte tab once daily and acetaminophen 500mg twice a day for pain.
