What Causes Absence Of Fetal Heart Beats During Pregnancy?

Hi, two weeks ago i had a vaginal ultrasound which shows 6 weeks but according to my dates it should b 10 weeks. Doctor found there is no heartbeat n no yolk sac n chance of a miscarriage. As i m having no pain n bleeding doctor asked me to wait for two more weeks to take any final decision. I had a miscarriage history in november 2016 and april 2013. So is there any chances of miscarriage? Thanx

Hi I think you should wait for 2 weeks and repeat the scan. Also get a thyroid profile and APLA profile done. Also get sugar levels checked. There can be a cause of repeated miscarriages. You can take some progesterone supplements orally or injectable and ecosprin also. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
