Hello,

Headache with fatigue is indicative of migraine. Depression, dehydration, sleep disorders, fibromyalgia can cause headache & fatigue. Indigestion, acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, other GIT issues can cause abdominal pain. You are suggested to take antacids, PPI's for relieve. You can take Acetaminophen or Naproxen for relieve from headache. Get clinically examined by a GP to detect migraine or any other medical condition causing such symptoms. Get treated at the earliest, you may have to go through few blood & imaging tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
