What Causes A Raise In The Speed Of Heart Rate?

Hi every few weeks my resting heart rate speeds up to 112-120 beats per minute for about 20-30 minutes once that day. Is that bad. I m 16 years old. Should I get a test done or is it normal abnormal beats that aren t to worry about? And how can I calm them?

Hi,

In your age you can have elevated heart rate and racings due to hormonal instability.
Anyway I would advise you to see a doctor to check whether there is any abnormality or not

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
