Hello dear Understand your concern. Diarrhea and weakness are the common side effects of misoprosol if you have do medical abortion.Weakness is also aggravate by the blood loss. Generally it will goes off with in 4-7 days. Take proper rest, drink plenty of water, oral rehydration therapy, tablet metronidazole, tablet ibuprufen, eat fruits like banana and pomengranate with curd, diet with sufficient fiber, maintain pelvic hygiene.
