i am 7 months now and iam very uncomfortable

with loose motion . what shall i do to stop this

loose motion ? is it causes any problem ?

Dear your suffering from chronic diarrhoea.
Most common possibility of IBS

Other causes pancreatitis, amoebic dysentery, baciilary dysentery, celiac sprue, lactose intolerance, malobsorption syndrome, short bowel syndrome. Etc...

Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid caffeine and smoking. Avoid milk products. Use tab Sporulac thrice a day. Tab Rifaximine 200 mg thrice a day.
If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
