Hi thanks for contacting HCM ...
Normally some amount mucous can be present in stool if excess fatty food intake is there ....
Here
abdominal pain also present ...
So cause has to be searched ...
Excess stesss can lead
irritable bowel syndrome which can lead mucous discharge and alternate diarrhea and
constipation...
Bacterial enterocolitis and parasites infection can lead mucous discharge ...
So stool examination can be done ...
It shows alternate pus cells and eggs of parasite if above two disorder present ....
If present treated accordingly...
Try to drink more water ...
Avocados, blueberries , beet roots, carrots etc taken more ...
Eat more fiber foods ....
Fiber supplement also can be taken that is available commercially....
If no improvement or no specific cause identified then gastroenterologist consultation done for further work up like USG and
colonoscopy ....
You can post follow up report for more guidance...
Take care .....
