What Cause Recurrent Loose Motion And SGPT Level Of 1200?

I had some problem related to abdomen in every 4-5 months from last 4-5 year.. like- some times loose motion for a week after 4 month.. i had went to the hospital(i was normal , no issue just for finding cause of prob).Doctor had done x-ray ,ultrasound.. all things are fine.. they have sugested by Hepatitis-B test and its come positive.. but i don t have any symptoms of it.. i had repeated LFT few times and some times its come normal and few days back its arnd SGPT-1200,SGOT -1000.. could u plz suggest me what i need to do further..

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Having repeated loose motions for a week every 4 months for the last 4 years indicate that your source of water or food gets infected or your immunity reduces due to wrong eating habits, outside and junk foods or intolerance; can be IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
SGOT of 1200 and SGPT of 1000 is definitely indicative of active hepatitis and in view of your Hepatitis B status positive I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor for further tests of blood, stool and urine. Ultrasonography of the abdomen and MRCP if required.
Tests of stool for three consecutive days.
Reference for the Gastroenterologist for further investigations, clinical evaluation and management.
