OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Burning sensation in tongue and throat during pregnancy can be due to acid reflux from stomach or can be due to thrush.
Chlamydial infection in cervix needs to be treated with antibiotics.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated.
Moreover, do get your blood sugar levels checked as thrush is more common in pregnant women who develop gestational diabetes.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
