What Can I Do To Treat Frequent Dizziness?

Hi, I have been experiencing chronic lightheadedness, headaches, and a sore neck. It isn't responsive to any OTC pain killer and it gets worse as the day goes on. Is there anything I can do to diminish the dizzyness while I'm waiting to see a doctor?
