What Can Cause Symptom Like Back Pain, Bloating, And Spotting?

I have had the Implanon for a little over a year now. I stopped getting my period around six months after having it. Lately the sides of my have been achy, and I've had fullness in my breast. I've also had pelvic cramping, weight gain (with no change in diet), back pain, bloating, and spotting. I have had unprotected sex a few times with my boyfriend and we have both been tested. What is wrong?
