What Can Cause Slow Pulse Rate With Fatigue?

Hi, I am a 26 year old caucasian female 5' 10" 388 pounds. I am experiencing a persistent slow pulse rate in the 40s along with fatigue, and am wondering if this is normal or something I need to get checked out. If this is something needing to be checked out, how urgent is it?
