Hi, I am a 26 year old caucasian female 5' 10" 388 pounds. I am experiencing a persistent slow pulse rate in the 40s along with fatigue, and am wondering if this is normal or something I need to get checked out. If this is something needing to be checked out, how urgent is it?
Hi, Normal pulse rate is 60-90 b/m, Your suffering from bradycardia that is pulse rate less than 60, it can seen in many condition like Normally it is seen in athelets,but patgologicaly its seen in Hypothyroidism-common cause in females, Various heart condition like,endocardities myocardities,coronary artery disease, Tiredness is mainly due to low heart rate,I recommend you to take an physicians opinion on it, Hope this information helps
