What Can Cause Abdomen Pain And Lower Back Ache Along With Constipation After Intake Of Ipill?

Hi Doc,

I have just recovered from jaundice and a week back I had taken an ipill....however after taking the tab I m having abdomen pain and lower back ache along with constipation...
Can you please advise if there is any complication or else these symptoms would disappear after my next cycle which shud be next week???

Hello,

if you are having upper abdominal pain have whole abdomen usg to especially see liver. Yes, if you are having lower abdomen pain and it us sever and its been for more than 2 days have lower abdomen usg to see remain product of contraception. Take painkiller for pain and drink lots of water. Keep body hydrated.
