OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that the first thing that is required for this condition is a thyroid profile test. I would also suggest you have a course of tranaxemic acids for bleeding and a course of norethisterone tablets 5mg for 10 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
