What Can Be Done For Chest Tightness, Pain, And Headache After Flu?

I have had the flu for over 3 weeks am exhausted, lost 11 lbs. Today was a verybad day many things happened..I was starting to have a panic attack. I took a Gamma amaminobutyric acid, 1/2 carisoprodol and 1/2 of a cetirizine. I can feel my heart beating and I am scared. My chest was real tight from being stressed out but I dont like the feel of my heart beat..a little pain, headache.

i,

I have read your query.

It can be adverse reaction of medication.
Take rest ,have good diet
If symptoms persist then cause of tightness can be cardiac related.
I would like to ask some more detail question about your symptoms.

Do you had tightness of chest more on left side or right side?
Was there sweating associated with it?
Do you have history of hypertension?

Wishing you good health.

Take care
