I think irritation,angry,unable to take decision are the result of sleeplessness
and not the cause.
for good sleep do hard work,physical exercise during day time.
develop self confidence,and keep your mind cool.
Take light diet in the night,wear loose,comfortable cloths at night.
Have good reading,light music and piece of mind,prey the god while going to bed.
If you do not get sleep at all,initially take sleeping pill.
