hello archna

liposuction is not weight loss surgery , its a body contouring procedure which can help you to get the desire shape.if you have abnormal fat deposits in the area of flanks, thighs and buttocks or if they are bit bulky as compared to rest of your body they can be reduced with the liposuction . weight loss also occur if you maintain yourself with diet and excercise.
power assisted liposuction is safe and affordable also

hi archana... being a dietician i wpuld suggest you first give your body a chance to do its best by natural measures like exercise and healthy diet.. you are not excessively overweight to undergo such a surgery.. i suggest start with weight training exercises in a gym like squats, lunges, plank for the core..you can also use machines like leg extension, leg press, hack squat, elliptical in the gym to work on your buttocks and thighs...along with this follow a healthy diet regime like eating small meals every 2-3 hours, oats/ ragi porridge for breakfast, fruits and nuts for mid meals, salads + 1 jowar roti+ veggie + dal for lunch, sprouts/ egg whites as evening snacks and a light dinner of soup, salad, veggies/ chicken/ fish/ low fat paneer/ soya..drink lot of water.. rest well.. try this and if you do not see results opt for other options..
