Dear doctor, I am 21 years old male, weigh 55 kg, with no other major health problem but that I dont feel the urge to urinate as much as other people feel.

I got my serum creatinine checked 6 months ago and it came back 1.6 mg/dl. then to confirm that I again rechecked it after 3 months and did not eat anything for 8 hours before the test. it came back 1.0. I again get that checked right now and it came back only 0.6 mg/dl

Urine analysis is also normal i.e. there is no rbc, protein or glucose in the urine on repeated tests.

Now , I wonder, that what it may be? once I urinated 900 ml one time and I did not had intense urge to urinate even then.

in the pase i used to have the urge.



can it be a sign of kidney disease? I am very afraid and feeling very depressed these days.

I had severe leg pain 6 months ago and for that I have to take some pain medicines under medical supervision and I am belived that these pain medicines did some damage to my kidneys. also sir I got vaccinated for rabies 2 years ago and got 8 antirabies injections within 3 months because I was bitten twice. can this also harm my kidneys?

I am very depressed these days and just afraid to go to doctors . will you, sir, please help me?

can these two events ( ie 8 antirabies injections 2 years ago and pain medicines, 2mg/day, for around 20 days) hurt my kidneys.

what you think about my blood work and urine?

what can be other reason rather than kidney disease for my not feeling the urge to urinate. and sir if I drink around 3 llitres of liquid , I urinate around 2000 ml in 24 hours and go to bathroom around 4 times.

plese help. are my kidneys safe?
