What Are The Symptoms Of Potential HIV?

hi doc, i have some queries regarding HIV transmission and symptoms.

some say low risk /no risk/not significant risk when you grind your penis (unprotected) penis up and down the vaginal. In this case, i was on top of her (assuming she is HIV+), where i close both of her legs/thigh and hump in between the close vagina (wet) and inner thigh. I have huge doubt i could ever penetrated her this way. What is mu risk. Now i am on my 3rd week after the incident. I got huge anxiety problems. Had been having diarrhea since the first week and lost weight too. Now, i am having dry throat now and minor cough. If i were to think of other symptom eg swollen limph nodes in the neck, i sort of feel it become swollen, no other symptom yet. can i assume if no fever after 4 weeks, the chances of risk of hiv would reduce further. tq for you kind attention.

Hello
After going through your query ,read this carefully , you will get answer:
When you were rubbing your penis with her vagina ,there were secretions ( as you mentioned wet vagina).
The HIV ( VIRUS ) has been demonstrated in CERVICAL SMEARS & also in VAGINAL FLUID .
In your case there were cervical fluid with vaginal secretion and your unprotected penis were grinding these ( this ) secretions continuously as stated by you.
If that girl was an HIV infected then there is a chance of getting infection by you is much more.
Now note down the symptoms of HIV infection :
Approximately 50-70 % of infected individuals experience an acute syndrome following primary infection. The acute syndrome follows infection by 2-6 weeks .These are ;fever, pharyngitis ( sore throat), headache /retro-orbital pain , lymphadenopathy, arthralgias/myalgias, lethargy/malaise, anorexia / weight loss, nausea/vomitin/diarrhea.
Erythematous maculopapular rashes, mucocutaneous ulceration ( in mouth and on tongue).
Since you are having most of these symptoms , so you are in a risk zone.
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of infection , and the period of time between initial infection and development of detectable antibodies is rarely more than 3 months.
So I recommend you get in p24 ( pcr rna ) nucleic acid amplification test as early as possible and sort out this problem.
Good luck.
