What Are The Symptoms Of Gastroenteritis?
I had gastroenteritis I would guess. I had severe vomiting for 4 hours then I had severe Diarrhea for 4 hours. I lost 8 lbs in 7 hours. It has been 10 days since this incident and I have a hard time eating without having upset stomach and continued diarrhea. Why am I having such a hard time eating without an upset stomach/diarrhea. Could I have damaged my stomach lining by vomiting so much.

I had gone through the case and have concerned for you. These symptoms might be due to severe gastric infection.
If you have still vomiting and diarrhea then for blood and stool test for getting the correct bacterial infection.
Meanwhile you must take Tablet Norflox TZ , Tab Domperidone ,Tablet Rentidine and Lacto bacillus sachet for 5 days two times a day.
Maintain Hydration of body by taking enough quantity of liquid with light food.
