What Are The Signs Of Miscarrying?

i am 4-5 weeks pregnant and have been TTC for the last 5 years. i am 36. my doctor suggested i take duphaston tablets which i started yesterday. this morning i experienced very light bleeding just when i use the bathroom on tissue and another slight incident this evening but nothing else. Am i miscarrying?

Do not worry.
Slight amount of vaginal bleeding is common in early pregnancy. Most of women has some bleeding during the first few months and about half of these women stop bleeding and have a normal pregnancy.

If vaginal bleeding is heavy, brownish in color and associated with pain and cramps, there are more chances of spontaneous abortion(miscarriage).

So if you feel such type of symptoms, you should immediately contact your doctor and go through pelvic examination and ultrasonography to know the exact situation.

Further step will be based on the diagnosis.
