What Are The Side Effects Of This Medication?

My wife is suffering from osteoarthritis and is undergoing treatment through unani medication system. She had a sudden depression and she is advised to have Nexito 10 mg a tablet a day. She is taking that for the last 3 months. Will she have any after effects of that drug, please?
