Hi,

Orni is an anti-protozoal and antibacterial drug used in treatment of infections caused by anaerobic bacteria. This drug can cause unusual tiredness or weakness, dizziness. You can stop the drug and continue with cyclopam if the pain is still present. Nutritional deficiencies such as anemia should also be ruled out.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
