Hello
You are taking ISOTRETINOIN 20 mg from last 6 days .
The side effects of isotretinoin are:
Dryness of mucous membrane , dryness of skin nausea, drowsiness, psychotic symptoms, DEPRESSION , HYPERTENSION,MOOD CHANGES , and so many others .You are also taking "wellbutrin" i.e. bupropion hydrochloride an antidepressant .
Its side effects are : anxiety, nausea, dry mouth, disturbed concentration and so many others.
Here I mentioned the side effects of these both drugs just which concerned for you.
Since you are taking wellbutrin for depression , while isotretinoin also causes depression i.e aggravation of depression .
You should be worried as concomitant use of these two drugs are producing palpitation in your case.
In my opinion consult your treating doctor and get his opinion.
You are not paranoid , but these effects are due to drugs.
Good luck.
